Gotta question Mr. Fishduck,

I thought with the new scholarship rules that teams were limited to how many players could be on the team and no walk-ons allowed.

How can the Ducks have 23 on the pitching staff?

What am I missing?

I have a hazy understanding of the rules, but I know that up to 34 scholarships can be given, and that is also the roster limit. So they can be piece-meal the way they used to do it. For example giving a half-scholarship, and some NIL besides. Apparently we had to cut some good players that Waz wanted on the squad due to the 34 man roster limit.
