It's demand driven are a meritocracy with the supply of that product that creates the demand. It's the legal system we have in this country applied to a corner case with high visibility.
Saturday at 04:24 PM4 days No. I am not a an attorney, but I have watched every single Perry Mason episode. Once the revenue-sharing and NIL payments emerged, I wondered how would Title IX and non-revenue sports (let's be honest, they are money-losing sports) be managed since the revenue-shares used to cover those expenses in large measure.

He went toe-to-toe with Perry in almost every episode and never won a case. Fitting for a hamburger. 🤣

According to Wikipedia:Burger did defeat Mason twice on the television series: in "The Case of the Terrified Typist" (episode 1-38), and in "The Case of the Deadly Verdict" (episode 7–4),[6]: 12369 a much-publicized episode that begins with Mason's client being sentenced to death.[7][8]

Yesterday at 06:45 PM1 day Author Moderator No. 9 minutes ago, Jon Joseph said:Is it time for the Power 2 to take a powder? That would really muddy the water. It is unrealistic to think that every Division 1 team is financially capable of competing at an elite level in football, basketball, and Olympic sports. NIL is a game changer, and creates a huge void between the haves, and have nots. NIL is not going away, any interference will be challenged in court. If they truly want to save Olympic sport competition at the college level, Universities need to have the financial ability to provide elite level training and facilities in those sports. Sprinkle in a few more Universities, and two mega conferences probably achieves that financial viability. The biggest hurdles are the BIG and SEC agreeing on anything, and then getting the media networks to work together.

Where's a full-length mirror when you need one?Greg Sankey wants the It Just Means More folks to leave the NCAA because the NCAA isn't enforcing the rules? 😜Ready, aim, fire at Petitti, but which commissioner is falling from grace and 1st place?BTW, Greg, Kirby Smart, and Josh Heupel want more; they want 24.YardbarkerSEC's Greg Sankey makes huge admission about breaking awa...The SEC has to feel like it's too big to fail when it comes to college football. When it comes to Greg, I hate to be fair, but he did have this to say ...On3Greg Sankey acknowledges support for SEC to make drastic....Whatever Greg and the SEC decide to do, it will have the backing of Dabo Swinney; or, I may have Miss-typed, is that the stabbed in the back, Dabo Swinney?
