After USC, I'd say it's the best in the West, Facilities, Interest from the administration, Nike, a Brand and by now a tradition of competing at the highest level.

Agree with SC. In general, when the conference reaches the playoff twice in 8 years there are not a lot of elite jobs in the conference.
