He was also known for his post football conditioning program to help ex athletes get their bodies adjusted for life AFTER sports... Weight loss, conditioning, nutrition management. Several players, especially former linemen, benefitted significantly from Radcliffe's guidance.

December 8, 20213 yr I meant replace the Strength and Conditioning Coach, s/he is responsible for limiting injuries.
