Basketball recruiting has been exceptional for the last 5 years or so.

The 3 major recruiting sites have their own reason for rankings and they don't always have to do with skill.

There are some TBD, but our track record has not been good with 5 stars.  We have been much better with 4 and 3 star guys.

24/7 Duck recruits who were 5 stars.

2004 Malik Hariston        117 games played, averaged 14.1 pts, 5.1 rpg, 2.1 ast

2008 Michael Dunigan    57 games played, averaged under 9 points and 5 rebounds

2011 Jabari Brown          2 games played, averaged 6 points

2017 Troy Brown              35 games, averaged 11.3 pts, 6.2 RPG, 3.2 AST

2018 Bol Bol                     9 games, 21 pts, 9.6 reb

2018 Louis King               31 games, 13.5 pts, 5.5 rpg, 1.3 ast

2019 CJ Walker                28 games, 4.0 pts, 2.5 rpg for Oregon, 37 so far for UCF 8.5 pts, 5.5 rpg, 1.1 ast

2019 N'Faly Dante           33 games, 8.3 pts, 5.5 rpg, .9 blk

2021 Nathan Bittle          13 games, 1.3 pts, 1.7 rpg, .8 blk

2022 Kel'el Ware

2022 Dior Johnson

Could we lose him because of his new status. Doubt he'd start over Dante if he comes back next yr.
