USC would benefit from Pac-12 football title game reforms TROJANSWIRE.USATODAY.COM If the Pac-12 does change its conference championship game format, #USC and #Oregon would stand to gain the most from such a change. Duck 1972 No. 3 Share Posted May 8, 2022 It doesn't happen in any of the other leagues and it hasn't hurt the other leagues to get in the playoffs by having divisions and playing not the 2 best teams in their league for their title. Let's say the South is really weak and the North is really tough like it has been we would probably get shut out of title game because 2 south teams feasted on patsies.
