June 18, 20223 yr It's confusing, what else would you expect from the NCAA. The way I understand it is you still can't have more than 85 scholarships when the season starts. Â You're just not limited to signing more players in each class for a 2 year period. It is designed to give schools that ability to get to 85 since the portal devastated some rosters.
