Just Ducky No. 2 Share Posted August 18, 2022 It’s clear that Oregon has a multitude of players that could be sack masters. Going to be fun to watch the staff utilize all this talent. The front seven for this group is loaded with studs that can get after the QB but a telling stat will also be tackles for loss in the run game. I've told my buds they can't miss them: - they will be missing things pre-snap or not grasping some of Lanning's LB schemes when watching the games! Swinny's get off looks so fast he is into the tackle be the time he makes two steps of drop, then his speed just eats them up. Kis had technique too, using his hands well, dipping under to turn the corner. I can tell he put in his time working his tail off behind Thibs to get ready for his chance to be the man. It does make you worry about how Sala and Jarmillo got used up like a dish rag by Swinny. UGA had Nolan Smith and Robert Beals Jr on the edge, elite dudes! David Marsh No. 6 Share Posted August 18, 2022 Pair him with DJ Johnson and you have a combo that could be very difficult to stop. Then let's just throw in Doralus and Funa. Oh and... Sewell and Flowe. Then hopefully to cap it all off we have a solid back end to the defense that can give these pass rushers time to actually get to the quarterback.
