That game was never in doubt. What I can't figure out is why Lanning didn't get a Gatorade bath with four minutes to go.

    I was not quite that comfortable!  Oregon had to make a ton of plays...and they did.  But for WSU to score over 40 points and lose?

    Can you imagine throwing and running for as many yards as Nix, plus taking the hits and losing? He earned his relieved look today.
