Mic No. 51 Share Posted November 9, 2022 More than any other game since WSU this game will show everyone how well Oregon can cover (or not) a pass-oriented Offense with a pro-style, or pocket QB . Not that Penix is totally 'pro-style', but probably more so than others O has seen so far. I'm hearing anywhere between 60-70% of all Wash's offensive plays will come from the pass and that there will be multiple long shots over the top, deep - like the one that gave Colorado their only (81-yd) TD. I'm expecting Coach DeBoar to sneak a few QB runs into the Offense to catch Oregon off guard while attempting to cover all the passing he going to do. Even the pros have to run the ball occasionally, if only to avoid the sack and force the opponent to defend against it.
