We are No. 6 in the nation in football, and entering a stretch run with two of three at Autzen...and then Womens and Mens Basketball starts. The Women have a new freshman star in Grace VanSlooten, and the men are loaded with talent. Richardson is BACK. Donte is GREAT! Bittle is a rebounding machine. Barthelemy, the transfer from Colorado at shooting guard is going to eat-it-up. Then we go to Diamond Ducks, where we have a new pitcher who throws 97 mph, and a new 6'6" bopper who got a home run on a mishit in a recent fall game versus visiting all-stars? Whew! Count your blessings my FishDuck Friends, as we Oregon fans get to watch a ton of WINNING! Drake Moderator No. 3 Share Posted November 8, 2022 (edited) Ducks are in the news. Which bodes well for all sports. Eugene is a must visit for many top recruits. Solid coaching hires, sports venues and training facilities that are second to none, and a campus that looks straight out of a movie. I remember working out beneath Mac Court. The weight room and showers down there kind of reminded me of the gym where Rocky was filmed…the current student workout facilities are incredible. What a long strange trip it’s been. Go Ducks!!!
