After leading the resurgent Beavers to a 9-3 record, Oregon State coach Jonathan Smith agreed to a new six-year contract that pays $30.6 million for the life of the deal.

    I don't hate the Beavs, I find it annoying to lose to them when it happens (in all sports), their fans of course hate us (for some good reasons I think at times), but for the most part I root for them when we aren't playing them or it doesn't help us in some way.  So congrats to Smith, he certainly deserves it.
