Charles Fischer Administrator No. 2 Share Posted January 22, 2023 Hmmm. We need No. 58, JPL at center, but he is one of the nation’s best at guard? It will be interesting to watch...what does Klemm do? We already have three starters at guard in Marcus Harper, Steven Jones and the Texas transfer, Junior Angilau, who has 32 starts. EastBayDuckDad Moderator No. 4 Share Posted January 22, 2023 Looking at JPJ's 24/7 recruiting profile highlights, he played both sides of the ball but took almost all his offensive snaps at center. If I recall, his Oregon recruitment cited him as a center/IOL. He strikes me as a natural field general in the center of the o-line. He has been able to work behind Forsythe and Walk for two years and I imagine he will be #1 center on the spring depth chart and will the next great center in the mold of Forsythe and Grasu.
