  1. Maintaining top to bottom buy in has to be trickier than ever in today's college football environment. When your OC & DC coordinators are wearing two hats and working for two programs, and many of your teammates are weighing their portal (income) options (or have already left), and your first round opponent is down 34 to 3, well, you get what you got last night. I thought the portal losses to the secondary were particularly evident in the second half. Seemed like the old Brady Hoke days when they didn't have a clue what defense they were trying to execute or who they were trying to cover. Oh well, as always, Go Ducks!
  2. So far the script is perfect-get the rust off, re-integrate players returning from injury, and keep the players who helped us win the last 5 rolling!
  3. D line is playing lights out! Lovin it.
  4. Our tight ends & receivers coaches are the best in the business IMHO.
  5. Love this game week video. Nice to add a layer of lore to one of our great game day traditions! (Helpful hint: Crank up the sound when watching, and try to identify who is riding the Harley???)
  6. With some of the uniform reveals, I've found myself asking, "How can they play their best in those?" With these threads, I find myself asking, "How can they not play lights out in those?" Go Big Green & Yellow!
  7. Dilly was working with a 5 year starter during his tenure at Oregon. Stein has assembled one of the better offenses in the nation with a first year starter (not counting the partial year disaster at UCLA). There is that to consider!
  8. They'll probably end up a 12 seed and be matched against OBD.
  9. Couldn't agree more. Stein & Lupoi have had the opportunity to witness the benefits of having coached a team to a national championship, and the impact that has on your future success. I believe Lanning & Company will be laser focused on the opportunity at hand. This isn't something that DL will have to conjure up; it's in the DNA of who Lanning is and the culture he has established. Oregon is not a place (post Willie & Mario) where you burn btridges to get somewhere else. Oregon is a place where you embrace the culture, win the day, and launch into better tomorrows together. As always, Go Ducks!
  10. I have a lot of confidence that Coach Lanning will make the absolute best decision regarding Stein's continued leadership (or lack thereof) throughout the playoffs. No one is more locked in than DL. Go Ducks!
  11. Diehard fans for "more green & yellow" in OBD uniforms are gonna love these: https://duckswire.usatoday.com/story/sports/college/ducks/football/2025/11/26/oregon-football-rivarly-week-uniforms-washington/87485523007/
  12. I'd like to hear what the players have to say about their performance, and how they feel about representing the University of Oregon. Just curious.
  13. I'm going with A'Mauri Washington as my x-factor. (He had 64 snap counts vs USUC) I don't believe the Fusky's have anyone who can nullify his impact on the game. Good chance he wrecks havoc at the LOS and creates chaos in the backfield. Final answer, lock it in:) Go Ducks!
  14. This may be piling on, but no one has mentioned Chip's tenure at UCLA. He was 35 & 34 after 6 seasons, 26 & 26 in conference play. Just say "No" to mediocrity. Go Ducks!
  15. For all the "touch" defensive PI calls, it seemed like refs allowed the USUC receivers to shove off the defender with regularity.
  16. Wow, who knew? Now all we need is to find that black with green accents is the most visible combination possible! Go Ducks!
  17. What's your favorite road uniform this year? Here's mine:
  18. Loved seeing OBD fly around in these threads as well:
  19. And yet, Indiana is not considered "fragile" after allowing a 3 & 6 Penn State team to score 14 points and take the lead in the 4th quarter, with a back up quarterback at the helm? This writer is...
  20. And yet, Texas A&M is not considered "fragile" even though they had to squeak out a miraculous 1 point victory over a hapless 3 & 6 SC team? This writer is not only clueless, she is blatantly biased.
  21. My initial reaction is, "Sadiq has been nursing some injuries and is returning to health (and form) at just the right time. It's also pretty easy to imagine Stein has at least 2 or 3 plays he can now run from the same set with the defense anticipating "Sadiq on the fade route." Not a bad option to have in your arsenal with the biggest games of the year on tap.
  22. Also surprised by how much I love those uniforms (Especially the helmets) Made us look like an elite program with national championship aspirations.
