Back a few weks ago I said to Charles and everyone else that I gave Mario a couple of years--I didnt mean that he would lead the Ducks to better worlds, I meant that we would be looking for a better coach. Chip Kelly is /was a tough act to follow but Ducks fans took delight in a faster more exciting way of playing football and showed that star numbers weren't as important as effort. I remember even Frost saying that good players would not be interested in Eugene. Now we know thats not true but if you are going to recruit 5 star players and sit them for 3 years well that's not going to work either. No matter how you slice and dice it the Ducks lost today to an inferior opponent. who's that on?

I dont think Cristobal is capable of leading any team to a NC title. He is too old school, unless he takes a lesson from Saban and moves into the future.

All Im saying is that our play has not been good except for tOSU---Our O has had trouble scoring and keeping possession of the ball even against better opponents?? or worse-you decide . Does this team look like a contender? Even next year? -well not in my opinion. In years past Stanford was a formidable opponent -this year they are down and we lost--just saying-and it all comes down to the head coach. Supposedly according to ESPN we have the players--so you be the judge.
