  1. 5th inning; Gavin Grant fly's out to right field. Tanner Smith takes one for the team on being hit by a pitched ball. Drew Cowley hit into a double play second to short to first to end the top of the fifth inning. 0 Runs, 0 Hits, 0 Errors, 0 LOB Rio Britton will continue to face the Pilots. Now that is what a relief pitcher is supposed to do as RIO strikes out the side on just 13 pitches! 0 Runs, 0 Hits, 0 Errors, 0 LOB Oregon 3 - Portland 0
  2. 4th inning; Anthony Hall singles into right field to start the Ducks off in the inning. Josiah Cromwick gets the first out on a swinging strikeout, but Hall steals second base to put him in scoring position. Anthony Hall tried to steal third base and gets caught in "no mans land" between third and second for out number two. Colby Shade hit a groundout to short, and Oregon can't capitalize with a run in scoring position. 0 Runs, 1 Hit, 0 Errors, 0 LOB Caleb Sloan in to pitch for Oregon. A groundout, two walks, and a hit batter loaded the bases for the Pilots. Sloan gets out number two on a swinging strikeout. Coach Wasikowski goes to his bullpen and brings in Rio Britton to try and end Portland's threat. Rio does his job by getting the only Pilot batter with a hit this afternoon to groundout to Josh Kasevich at shortstop. 0 Runs, 0 Hits, 0 Errors, 3 LOB Ducks 3 - Pilots 0 after four innings.
  3. 3rd inning; Brennan Milone hit a fly out to center field. Jacob Walsh hit a high bouncing ball that is fielded by the pitcher for out number two. Josh Kasevich swings and misses on an 0-2 pitch for a three up - three down top of the third inning. 0 Runs, 0 Hits, 0 Errors, 0 LOB Dylan Sabia continues to pitch against Portland. A single, flyout to right field, and two infield ground outs ends the third inning. 0 Runs, 1 Hits, 0 Errors, 1 LOB Still 3-0 Oregon!
  4. 2nd inning; Josh Kasevich flied out to center field. Anthony Hall hit a one hopper to the wall in center left for a double. Josiah Cromwick hit a grounder to shortstop and gets thrown out at first base, while Hall scampers to third. A passed ball scores Anthony Hall for Oregon's second score of the game. Colby Shade is plunked by a pitch to send him to first base. The Pilots pitcher is wary of Gavin Grant and ends up walking him to put runners at second and first. Shade steals third base. Runners at the corners. Tanner Smith hit a pitch into center field scoring Colby Shade. Drew Cowley with a swinging strikeout ends the top half of the inning. 2 Runs, 2 Hits, 0 Errors, 2 LOB Ellis still pitching for Oregon, and starts out better with a flyout to left field. Spoke too soon as the second batter is walked by Ellis on four straight balls. And that fourth walk of the game ends Scott Ellis time on the mound. Dylan Sabia in to pitch for the Ducks. The first batter to face Sabia hit a ground ball to Jacob Walsh at first base where he records the second out, with the runner advancing to second base on the fielders choice. Cowley moves into scoring position at second base with a balk by Portland's pitcher. A fly ball out by Brennan Milone to right field advances Cowley to third base. Jacob Walsh puts a seeing eye single between the first and second basemen, and the Ducks score first! Walsh is caught trying to steal second base to end the top of the inning for Oregon. 1 Run, 1 Hit, 0 Errors, 0 LOB Scott Ellis is on the mound to pitch for our Ducks. Ellis gives a free pass to first base to put the leadoff batter on base. Those damn walks! The second batter looks at a called third strike for the first out. Second walk given up puts runners on second and first base. A wild pitch moves the runners up to third and second. A nice throw by Josiah Cromwick picks off the Pilot runner at third base for out number two. Ellis gives up his third walk of the inning. Tanner Smith hit a single through the right side of the infield to put Grant in scoring position at second base. Colby Shade hit a 2-2 pitch for a run scoring single to center right, with Smith taking third. Shade steals second base to put two runners in scoring position. Brennan Milone hit a groundout to second base, but Oregon again in the lead going to the last of the eleventh. Christian Ciuffetelli pitching for Oregon to try and seal the win. Ciuffetelli strikes out the first batter on three pitches. Flyout to left field for the second out. And there is that dreaded walk to put a runner on base for the Huskies. A flyout to center earns our Ducks the win! Oregon 6 - Washington 5 Series sweep for Oregon!

A passed ball allows Shade to move to second base. Brennan Milone flied out to short center right which didn't give Shade an opportunity to take third. Jacob Walsh draws a full count walk. Josh Kasevich flied out to left center. Huskies make a pitching change bringing in a lefty to face left hand batting Anthony Hall who grounds out to second base. 1 Run, 2 Hits, 0 Errors, 2 LOB Kolby Somers anyone? Yep, Kolby will face the middle of the batting order for Washington. And the first pitch from Somers is sent over the left field wall to tie the game. A walk and a fielding error at third base puts runners at second and first with only one out. A wild pitch puts the winning run ninety feet from home. Somers entices the second out on a swinging strike. And a popup to second base ends the 10th inning. 1 Run, 1 Hit, 1 Error, 2 LOB Ducks 5 - Huskies 5 after 10 innings

Josiah Cromwick hit a high bouncer to third base and is thrown out at first, moving Hall to second. Sam Novitske hit a ground ball to shortstop and Hall is thrown out at third for out number two. Gavin Grant makes the third out on popup fly to right field. 0 Runs, 0 Hits, 0 Errors, 1 LOB Britton will continue to pitch against the Huskies. A line drive off the wall in left field is held to a long single on an excellent play and throw by Tanner Smith. Two fly ball outs are followed by a fielding error on a ground ball to second base. Matt Dallas to relieve Rio Britton with runners a second and first with two out. Dallas walks his first batter faced to load the bases. An excuse me single between pitcher and first scores Washington's second run of the game. Another infield single to the right side brings in another run for the Huskies. A groundout to second base ends the inning, but Washington has closed to within one run. Both runs were unearned due to the error earlier in the inning. 2 Runs, 3 Hits, 1 Error, 3 LOB Ducks 4 - Washington 3 headed to the seventh inning

The first Husky hitter legs out a single to second base, but Ducks turn a short-second-first double play on Washington's big hitter. Dawgs get three singles bunched around a pop up out to load the bases. Jacob Walsh saves several runs with a leaping out of a line drive, and then gets his glove on a grounder for the third out. 0 Runs, 3 Hits, 0 Errors, 3 LOB Ducks 3 - Dogs 1 after four innings

Josiah Cromwick with a flyball to left field which moves Kasevich and Cromwick to third and second base. Sam Novitske hits a triple to the wall in right field scoring Josh Kasevich and Josiah Cromwick to give Oregon a 2-0 lead. Gavin Grant works four straight pitches for a walk. Runners at the corners with two in and one out. Tanner Smith popped up to the left fielder. A wild pitch to Colby Shade gets by the catcher scoring Sam Novitske and putting at second. Colby Shade gets an intentional pass(smart decision by the Washington coach). Brennan Milone hit a grounder to third base which forces Shade out at second base.
