Matt Dallas again walks the leadoff batter. A bunt erases the lead runner at second base. Pop up to second base, two out. Fly out to right field ends the top half of the 11th inning. 0 Runs, 0 Hits, 0 Errors, 1 LOB Josh Kasevich leads off for Oregon in the bottom of the 11th, and he puts a runner in scoring position for the Ducks with a double to left field! Anthony Hall walks on a 3-2 count. Runners a second and first base with nobody out. Sam Novitske strikes out swinging for out number one. Josiah Cromwick ground out to short, with the runners Kasevich and Hall advancing to third and second respectively. Gavin Grant with an RBI single to the second baseman. Grant legged out the throw to first base, with Kasevich scoring on the play. On the replay it appeared that Grant might have been out. But that is the way the old pickle squirts. Dylan Sabia still on the mound for Oregon in the top half of the 8th inning. After a strike out and a walk, Matt Dallas comes in to pitch for our Ducks. Coach Wasikowski isn’t afraid to go with his bullpen as Dallas is the sixth pitcher of record this afternoon. San Francisco gets a run in the top of the 4th with a leadoff triple and a sacrifice fly. 1 Runs, 1 Hits, 0 Errors, 1 LOB For the Ducks, Josiah Cromwick led off with a single that caromed off the pitcher. Sam Novitske doubled to the wall in left center scoring Cromwick all the way from first base. Bryce Boettcher flied out to center with Novitske advancing to third base. Tanner Smith hit a slow roller to shortstop that he beats the throw for a single with an RBI as Novitske scores from third base. Smith stole second base. Colby Shade walked. Brennan Milone ground out to third base with Smith advancing to third, and Shade to second base. A wild pitch scores Smith and puts Shade at third base. In a reversal from the 1st inning, Ducks score two runs in the third inning without any singles. Jacob Walsh sends a one hopper over the right-center fence for a ground rule double. Next batter, Josh Kasevich, parks a home run over the fence in left center. 2 Runs, 2 Hits, 0 Errors, 0 LOB

Lady Ducks with a come from behind win to take the series against Cal. Oregon scores 2 in the 5th inning to tie the game at 4-4 Cal regains the lead in the top of the 6th with 2 runs. Ducks claw back with 4 runs in the bottom half of the inning and lead 8-6 Bears score one run in the top of the 7th, but that is all they manage. Oregon wins 8-7 and takes the series 2 games to 1. Oregon baseball scrapped back to win their game this afternoon, and the women's softball time does likewise!
