VanSlooten, Rogers pace Ducks to victory over No. 17 Arkansas in San Diego Oregon freshman Grace VanSlooten matched the new career-high 26 points set last Thursday in a win over No. 17 Arkansas on Tuesday afternoon at the San Diego Invitational. The backcourt paced the way late though, as senior Endyia Rogers scored eight of her 20 points in the final quarter and freshman guard Chance Gray hit the biggest shot of the day to put the team up five with a minute remaining in what became a 85-78 win in the first of two games for the Ducks in San Diego. The win ensures the Ducks will play for the San Diego Invitational championship at 3:30 PM on Wednesday.
