Oregon Football WR Traeshon Holden could have CAREER SEASON in 2024

Traeshon Holden enters his 5th season of college football and his second with Oregon in 2024, and is the clear-cut #3 wideout in the Ducks' offense. His production could hit new highs this year with the talent he has. His numbers might come down to how QB Dillon Gabriel connects with Texas A&M WR Evan Stewart

Updated look at Oregon's 2025 recruiting class following latest addition

The Ducks’ 2025 class is now starting to shape up very nicely, and it will likely get a lot better as the summer goes on and more official visits take place.  Currently, Oregon has the No. 22 class in the nation for this cycle.  Here’s an updated look at the players who have verbally committed to the Ducks:

Oregon Football commitment: 4-star OL Ziyare Addison, what's next?

Oregon's 2025 recruiting class has gained the commitment of 4-star OT Ziyare Addison, the first OL to commit. He's unlikely to be the last at his position in the coming weeks as the class continues to fill out.

Our best guess at the top impact freshman for powers like Georgia, Texas and Ohio State

    No. 3 OREGON

DB Aaron Flowers : There are some snaps to grab at safety behind Kobe Savage and Tysheem Johnson. That is a plus for Flowers, who greatly impressed during spring ball and had a huge spring game. Given that almost every other player in the safety mix is an unproven underclassman, Flowers definitely has a path to the field; Top247 Rank : No. 102 overall, No. 7 safety

Oregon Football Recruiting: Ducks Look To Flip Quarterback From TCU?

The University of Oregon football program is aiming to flip TCU commit Ty Hawkins after losing prospect Keelon Russel to the University of Alabama.

EUGENE - After losing four-star quarterback prospect Keelon Russellto the University of Alabama, Oregonf ootball coach Dan Lanning, and his staff are looking to flip TCU commit Ty Hawkins to the University of Oregon's football program.

Hawkins, a four-star quarterback out of San Antonio, Texas, committed to the Horned Frogs of TCU on June 24th of last year. However, according to Chad Simmons of On3, Oregon is looking to flip Hawkins from TCU. Hawkins is reportedly planning to visit the Ducks in Eugene.

Which Oregon freshmen are most likely to play this fall?

Here are my predictions for which members of Oregon's 2023 signees will play this fall and which will use redshirts.

Many will wonder which players are likely to see the field this fall.  With that in mind, we’ve done our best to handicap the odds of early playing time for each of the team’s 25 true frosh on the 2024 roster.

To help, we've broken the class into three groups: likely to redshirt, too close to call and likely to play.

We had a dozen or more spring practices and a spring game to develop some early impressions of the half-dozen early enrollees. The remaining five players have yet to be seen in Oregon uniforms.

Agree? Disagree? Let us know in the comments below?

Oregon, Dana Altman LAND 4-star Jamari Phillips, how much can he play?

Dana Altman and his staff have landed 4-star SG Jamari Phillips, formerly an Arizona commit, as just their 2nd high-school recruit in the 2024 cycle. Phillips' cited reason for decommitting from Arizona pertained to Caleb Love's return, so should Duck fans expect to see him play next season? It might be hard to find playing time at his position.

Does Oregon's success in the transfer portal nullify recruiting importance?

Oregon Football had several high-profile recruits on campus over the weekend as they seek to fill out their 2025 class. Bringing in lots of talent DOES still matter in the age of the transfer portal.

On today's episode of Locked On Ducks, Spencer McLaughlin talks about Oregon Men's Basketball picking up another player for next year's team. There are several implications of landing 2024 4-star SG and former Arizona commit Jamari Phillips as the Ducks still await news on N'Faly Dante. 10:10

Oregon Baseball held leads of 3 and 5 runs in their 2 games against Texas A&M in the Super Regional looking for their first ever trip to Omaha. In Game 2, the 7th inning was a collapse that was, sadly, an all-time poor effort from an Oregon team. 20:45

During the football season, podcasts were included with the game for that week. Podcasts still are taking place, just not as often.

I also have noticed that the podcasts now are covering more than just football. For instance, the one following includes some talk about basketball.

Those podcasts will now be posted under this thread as they occur. Also, check older podcasts Right Here as we will keep the thread to no more than 50 podcasts at a time.

Check back often for some informative listening.

  14.

From now on, except for a very few circumstances, our threads will be just one page. Advertising only appears on the first page and we want to make as much money as possible for the site.

The bonus in doing this is that it will be easier for everyone to move around the thread.

This thread will be continuous, but as we reach the page limit will start a new post.  Click Right Here to go to the older post to read past articles.

    From Georgia Bulldogs "Dog Daily."

    Ziyare Addison Announces College Commitment

2025 offensive lineman Ziyare Addison has announced his college football commitment to the Oregon Ducks.

As the offseason rolls on, the Georgia Bulldogs have been constantly making moves  to build momentum for their 2025 recruiting class. However, one of their offensive line prospects for the class has announced his college commitment and he did not choose the Bulldogs. Ziyare Addison has announced his commitment to the Oregon Ducks.

The four-star recruit was just recently in Eugene, Oregon on a visit this past weekend and it appears that head coach Dan Lanning and his staff managed to seal the deal over the weekend. Other porgams that were in the mix were Georgia, UCLA, Ohio State and Michigan.

The big time prospect out of the state of Florida is viewed as one of the top tackles in the class.
