It’d be nice to see more playing time for Bittle and Johnson, but…….where to get it from? Dante and Franck need to develop, too…….Guerrier has been the only scorer in 2 out of the last 3 games.

I, for one, am completely over saying “wait ‘til next year”. I’d like to break that “Duck Syndrome” WIDE open!…….once and for all! I gotta feeling Phil Knight feels the same way. Anybody else? ’Sco Ducks!!!

Absolutely spot on in every point you make, Darren! Well said! Yes……Altman put responsibility on Richardson that he just couldn’t fulfill……at least yet. And, he’s running out of time to do so. pritchard went through a similar thing during his Junior year. He turned it around, though. The difference seems to be: Pritchard believed, and knew, he could do it. It doesn’t appear Richardson has the same mindset. As you say, he’s more of a “cog”, instead of the “main gear”. I feel for him, ‘cause it must be frustrating for him. and, I’d like nothing better than for Will to make us BOTH look dead wrong this weekend!

Also........we just don't have that Alpha, e.g. Pritchard, Dillon Brooks, Aaron Brooks.........which is a missing cog of Altman's usual success. Guerrier tried to do it last night, and,.........was pretty durn successful! But, for the umpteenth time........in the end, Richardson was unsuccessful with the last shot. I think he's 0 for the season on last-second-attempt-at-winning-shot......... Gotta be frustrating for Richardson, too........

Ducks continue to be unable to shoot: 5 for 24 from Three 6 for 29 overall from outside of the key. Unsustainable for victory. Glaring inability to make more than 10 footers in last 4 games. Apparently, the carriage has turned back into a pumpkin. The basketball gods have taken the shooting ability away from this year’s Ducks. Must be Altman’s most frustrating Duck team. Maybe…..too many transfer-ins at once for cohesion?

Big game! Can’t give away another one with the same horrid shooting of late. Hope they find their shooting range. If not…..pound it in to Dante and Franck, ‘Sco Ducks!!!

Whaaa’?! Makes NO sense, whatsoever! There’s gotta be more to the reason for this ridiculous move than we know. All guesses in this thread are mere speculation. Dye had earned the No. 1, or co-No. 1 lead back position next year. No sense in starting over with another team…..and a rival, at that…..who has multiple other, bigger, faster backs who can also claim No. 1 status. To give up what he had here,……..I dunno……is it money? Is it “the honey”? Does it mean he knows somebody else is coming in who would take his slot away? Maybe we’ll find out one of these days. Good Luck to Travis, though(except when he plays the Ducks)!

Love to see it! Jacob Young has lit the spark that’s brought this team to life. His play Allowed Richardson to play off the ball, and seems to have woken him from his slumber. Hope Richardson stays at this level of play!
