Probably not... Oregon had had 4 presidents (including intern presidents) all be in office for the deal. I'm sure whoever takes over will be briefed and given marching orders.

Frankly...what can academic Presidents add to the discussion anyway?  I understand the pecking order, but I maintain that the ADs are the ones who should be in the room.
