Pennsylvania Duck Moderator No. 1 Share Posted August 9, 2023 When it comes to quarterback play, there are several programs in college football that could legitimately say they are “Quarterback U.” The Ducks have had their fair share of elite quarterback play, especially since Chip Kelly came to town and transformed the Duck offense into mostly what we see today. Even before then, Oregon may not have been an elite team, but the quarterbacks generally were with quarterbacks such as Joey Harrington, Chris Miller, Dan Fouts, and Norm Van Brocklin, just to name a few. So where do the Ducks rank in ESPN’s QBU rankings? Here are the Top 10 schools historically with the best quarterbacks... List like this are like debating who the best guitarist of all time is (SRV incase you were wondering). Compleatly subjective but fun to debate. Jon Joseph Moderator No. 3 Share Posted August 9, 2023 (edited) Thank you Mario for going MIA and no longer being able to run off Tyler Shough and burying Justin Herbert. Yes, I get the young man was injured last season but even when healthy, Mario did a great job of messing up 2021 ACC Rookie of the Year, QB Tyler Van Dyke. Wasn't Mario's fault, of course. Mario fired yet another incompetent OC. Edited August 9, 2023 by Jon Joseph
