Steven A Author Moderator No. 4 Share Posted January 14 Kansas' Leipold turns them down. The article goes on to state: "The Huskies may have to lower their expectations amid their coaching search. It doesn't sound like anyone wants to take over for the Huskies."
DrJacksPlaidPants Moderator No. 5 Share Posted January 14 I hear Fisch is probably going to take the job. However, he’s an offensive savant who has a lot of NFL experience. I can see him jumping ship in a few years. He has the qualities that NFL franchises love.

Annie No. 7 Share Posted January 14 Well, this is as of today, but "according to reports." Jedd Fisch expected to leave Arizona football to take Washington job, per multiple reports WWW.AZDESERTSWARM.COM Here we go again
crazyjeff No. 8 Share Posted January 14 Almost all of the Huskies starters will be gone. Next year will be a rebuild. Fisch only goes to Washington, if he thinks he wants to live there for awhile. If he stays at Arizona, he has a good shot at winning the Big 12 and going to the playoffs. He then becomes an even hotter commodity. I am not sure this is the best time for him to change jobs. If Fisch gets the job he will likely bring QB Fifita and All-Pac WR Tre with him along with several other AZ starters. He leaves and a 30-day transfer window opens at AZ. With what he has done in 3 seasons in Tucson, I hope he stays there.
