A quick update for you all...

 

1. I finished an online meeting today with Ad Platform engineer in San Diego, and the Web Developer in England, and we believe we have solved the issues that occurred last weekend and also enhanced the page loading speed of the two sites.

 

2. FishDuck Photographer, Steven Chan, will be on the field at Autzen capturing photos at the Oregon Spring Game, and then on Sunday will be in Corvallis to shoot photos of the Oregon/Oregon State Baseball game!

 

3. We will have some new improvements added to the forum in the next few weeks, including a visible "Donate" button.  Only between the advertising and your donations are we able to keep the bills paid for photographers and Tech Support on both volunteer sites.  Those who write, edit, post article links, (and I) operate as all-volunteer.

I'm in once it arrives.

It looks like I spoke too soon.  My desktop version of the forum went wonky again, and once they turned off a feature they have to speed up page loading--it goes back to normal.  I hate this stuff...

Technology is wonderful...when it works.

I've been telling you to get a big YELLOW donate button for ages. 

 

So it better be yellow!

Or green!  Maybe yellow with a green outline?  lol

Green is a bit more subtle of a color and because of that it's our (Ducks) primary color and yellow tends to be a highlight because it really pops. 

 

The yellow button would pop a bit more and people would see it. 

 

But an apple green outline would also help it pop out to draw the eye as well. 

How about yellow button with green lettering?

Or, it could be like the Ducks unis...the button changes based on what they are wearing for the week!!
