August 9, 2024Aug 9 Moderator Thanks for the post. I'm blessed to have experienced: Ohio State - Varsity Club pregame in 1987 before a Buckeyes/Ducks game; Sailgating at UW vs. CU and UCLA; Nebraska - vs CU in the snow; OREGON (😍), Michigan, vs Notre Dame, FSU and Prime Time, and the Kordell Stewart Hail Mary game; Michigan State vs. Purdue, I'm not sure why?; SC vs. The Domers; and UCLA, in the Coli vs SC and the Rose Bowl vs. Nebraska. Bucket List: White-out in B1G Beaver Stadium at Penn State. [Not little beavers stadium up north somewhere.] Let's Play Ball!

August 12, 2024Aug 12 Before I read the list of top schools, I was about to say that, so far, I had only been to one Big-10 game... 2000 @ Wisconsin. Best college football experience ever. And with Joey at the helm, we came oh-so close to pulling out the win. I cannot say enough about the total gameday experience in Madison. Their traditions are unlike anything I had ever experienced, the Wisconsin fans that we ran into were great, and like Eugene, the campus is beautiful. I'm not going to even try to explain what elevated it so much. It's really just an experience you need to go and enjoy for yourself. Now I will say that this game was in early September, so the weather was fantastic. But I'm not so sure I would enjoy a November 16th game there quite as much, given that you might just end up freezing your equipment off. Edited August 12, 2024Aug 12 by Desert Duck
