October 27, 2024Oct 27 It seems if the home crowd is criminal and unruly enough to throw cans and bottles they can now intimidate the refs. This is not a positive move for sports. I hope the ruling bodies can find a punishment severe enough to stop the nonsense.

If the crowd is throwing stuff and booing the refs then no review on the previous play is allowed to the benefit of team. Ok... Maybe not an easy rule because let's be honest it is loaded with loopholes and problems. But I completely agree. Two weeks in a row where the crowd has thrown stuff in the field and the refs are not holding up well against it.

October 27, 2024Oct 27 Moderator Help needed to defeat the Huskers? 27 straight losses to ranked teams. 35 straight losses in games decided by one score. 2-22 Matt Ruhle's record vs ranked college teams. (This does not include his pitiful Panthers NFL record.) Saturday's game featured terrible late game clock management by Ruhle. When it comes to being Husked, Nebraska needs no help. Oh, and no bowl of corn chowder or otherwise since 2016. The longest stretch among Power teams.
