DrJacksPlaidPants Moderator No. 1 Share Posted December 6 This is a strange turn of events. this guy was the belle of the ball a few years ago when he was helping lead the KC Chiefs to two Super Bowls. This is what happens when Patrick Mahomes isn't your QB anymore. Jon Joseph Moderator No. 2 Share Posted December 6 The OC and Foster must have had a falling out. UCLA improved throughout the season. The game at UW was a disappointment for UCLA but the team sucked it up and played hard to get a win over Fresno State. I don't get this. Is there a coach with more and better experience who wants to go to Westwood and call plays?
idontrollonshobbas No. 3 Share Posted December 6 Apparently, according to the local Portland AM sports talk cognoscenti, EB is kind of a jerk and difficult to work with and around. Over the years, he has been overlooked for NFL HC positions for this same reason, though speculation in the press often assumed discrimination in the past. I am paraphrasing the above....the tone was much more emphatic live on air. 1

Agreed! This is what happens when you don't have PM at QB, AND you don't have Andy Reid designing the offense and guiding/telling you what plays to call. Haywarduck No. 5 Share Posted December 6 Note to self, when a program loses it's head to coach to become an OC, becoming the OC at that program might not be a great idea. Bieniemy, I'm thinking about becoming the OC at UCLA. Mahomes, Didn't their head coach leave to become an OC, sounds like a terrible idea.
