BSU is 12-1, ASU is 11-2. BSU has the better loss, but ASU has much better wins. 

Frankly, I think Boise State would beat ASU.

ASU lost a game at Cincinnati when QB Leavitt was not able to play.

 

ASU 48-7 vs Wyoming early before ASU "jelled"

BSU 17-13 at Wyoming near end of season.

 

If the Committee awards SEC teams for strength of schedule then they should also award ASU.

Yes, what's good for the SEC should be good everywhere. I don't see the argument for BSU.

ASU v BSU would be a great game but it is unlikely to happen. 

 

 

But based on the conference championship game performances I think ASU put on a clinic where BSU was dominant but didn't provide the eye candy.

Oh I think Arizona State would boat race the Broncos.  
 

Boise State does not have the kind of defense to handle the playoff field.  And I believe Arizona State’s defense is underrated.

BSU is very good at blitzes, as Oregon knows. ASU looks VERY vulnerable on defense, IMHO, when they come up against an elite offense.

I'm going with BSU I just think ASU might have a really hard time containing the run game for obvious reasons. Dilly's offense could definitely pose problems to BSU's D but ultimately I think BSU gets the win on the back of their O.
