Looks like the truth is the Ducks scared the vomit out of the Nittany Lions. Saw this when it happened live, but forgot about it.

JRW, that is the guy who didn’t cover Kenyon Sadiq on his second TD! He was about a half second late in starting and was a good 10 or 12 yards away when Kenyon caught the pass.

Rumors were Evan Stewart had the flu bad and barely made the trip. Also rumored that multiple defenders were down pretty bad with the flu. Makes you feel a whole lot better about the game. 

If true... 

 

That says a lot about these Ducks and their floor. 

 

Great teams find a way to win that's for sure. 

 

Also... It looks like Penn State picked their poison. They have one DB who has the speed to really cover our receivers. They choose to put him on Stewart, who was sick as well, so a decoy running at lower power. 

 

So they didn't have anyone to defend Tez... Which was super obvious by how often he was running free.
