When you click on the word “News,” you will see an index of multiple links to sports news sites for your enjoyment! From now on, except for a very few circumstances, our threads will be just one page. Advertising only appears on the first page and we want to make as much money as possible for the site. The bonus in doing this is that it will be easier for everyone to move around the thread. You will always be able to refer to the previous thread for reference. Z Branch and D Robinson are very good players that would find roles in OBD offense and special teams. These high profile highly rated and now proven performers usually don't enter the portal unless something is really wrong with their original team and they have a landing spot already in mind. Demonstrated an inability to win games, treated players poorly, broken promises, melted down...what? This is crazy, and as others have pointed, not something one sees with this level of player and this level of program. It could explain the loss of high profile and productive players. If that is the case the details will ultimately leak out. Riley's willingness to throw his players under the T-Bird can't help. As the Oregon Ducks say goodbye to junior starter Jordan James following his decision to head off to the NFL as an early entry, the Ducks have become the favorites to land a commitment from one of the top players at the same position via the transfer portal. I've followed James's decision to log a 247Sports Crystal Ball for the Oregon Ducks to secure a portal running back with over 2,700 yards rushing. Quote Former Florida State and Alabama wide receiver Malik Benson, who has an extra year thanks to the recent NCAA ruling on junior college players, told ESPN that he has committed to play at Oregon next year. Benson told ESPN on Tuesday that he picked the Ducks because he was impressed with the coaching staff and was intrigued by the opportunity to play with quarterback Dante Moore, who projects as Oregon's starter next year. Until the ruling on Diego Pavia's eligibility changed the paradigm for junior college players, Benson had been set to start training for the NFL draft process. He had some pretty subpar stats at FSU last season which most are saying is because of bad QB play. Should be interesting to see how this shakes out.
