WR Portal Transfer Prospect Visiting Oregon This Weekend...

Recommended Posts

I did not know we were after a portal wide receiver transfer, but since they do not know the status of Evan Stewart yet--it makes sense to have at least one receiver with experience on the field next year.

He strikes me as a Traeshon Holden type, that could blossom here with more PT.

Former Florida State Seminoles wide receiver Malik Benson is down to three schools and Oregon is one of his finalists.

Thanks for posting. With Oregon losing both Tez and Holden, he could be looking at immediate playing time.

Stewart could use at least another year to become a more consistent receiver.

I hope Steward and Bryant Jr. return next season.  Then you only need to worry about the other two WR slots which would provide opportunities for the younger recruits to show how much they've developed over the last 2-3 years.

Does anyone know how many current players from Oregon have hit the portal?

I can't find a story or info.

One article said 22 players were leaving. I didn't think it was that many.

Is anyone keeping track?

Txs.

Eight if this article is up to date.

Oregon and Ohio State are set to replay the game of the year for a playoff semifinal spot, but there are some players not playing in the Rose Bowl.
