David Marsh No. 3 Share Posted January 6 Mariota also had a day by the look of it. I'll admit I haven't watched much NFL this year, it's usually not my thing, but whenever I see Mariota get playtime this year he seems to make the most of it.
Signoramous No. 4 Share Posted January 6 FromESPN coverage: Nix set a franchise record by completing his first 18 passes of the game, and his four touchdowns gave him 29 for the season, second in NFL history only to Justin Herbert's 31 in 2020 for a rookie quarterback. 1 1 1

DuckFan93 No. 9 Share Posted Monday at 06:43 PM (edited) Let's hope Bo does a Mariota against Josh Allen. I still fondly remember that game in Autzen when Matriota-led OBD slaughtered Wyoming with Allen as QB. We sat near the end zone where Mariota flipped into to score a TD. Oh, the glory days! As a Commanders fan, Mariota saved our day, though in retrospect, the day didn't need saving after the Bears put a dagger into the Packers at Lambeau. In any case, Mariota showed he still has value as a serviceable NFL qb. I doubt he'll be in D.C. next year, unfortunately. Veteran qb's rarely stay put unless the situation, for playing time or financial, is conducive to their short-term plans. As Duck fans can attest, Jayden Daniels is a gamer....
