Shout Out, again, to my sterling editor. No opponent should be taken lightly but the 2025 schedule, on paper, sets up nicely for The Ducks to get organized before the Week 5 game at Penn State.

Man, I thought I was skinny in college. I was a 5’11” 175lbs lean mean fighting machine as a sophomore.

A QB that is 6’3” and 180 will need to be elusive against the Ducks pass rush to survive this game. One of our strengths on paper looks to be our ability to pressure the QB.

The Bobcats deserve respect, but an opener against the Ducks at Autzen is not ideal for any brand new QB.

Someone in Bozeman, buy this guy a double cheeseburger, an order of fries, and a chocolate shake at least twice a day.

Series Record: Oregon 1 – Montana State 0. On September 20, 1947. Oregon defeated Montana State 27-14. (I was six months old and have no recollection of this game.)

I was today years old when I read that paragraph.

I’ve got to admit, I was six years old and I missed it too.
