Friday at 11:13 PM1 day No. Coach Lanning is a real gem, and I think Oregon is the right fit for him. I can't wait to see him on the sidelines of Brooks Field 10 years from now. .... Hopefully with some heavier knuckles. 😏And who knows ... Maybe someday we'll have a building named after him. 😎🦆

On the one hand, if no one else wants your coach it means you are not doing very well. When you are doing well others will want your coach. It is refreshing to see what Dan Lanning is saying. Indeed Oregon is a place where I think you can expect to in the CFB playoffs every, or almost every year now. In three years coaching at Oregon Coach has generational wealth for his family, what more does he need. and by all accounts he loves living in Eugene, who wouldn't.It looks like Oregon has found that guy who is a near perfect fit. How exciting!I hope in Phil Martelli Jr. VCU basketball has done the same. time will tell, he hasn't coached an actual game yet. but like Lanning at Oregon, this guy seems different.

4 hours ago4 hr No. This is no knock on Coach Lanning but all coaches say the same thing until they accept another offer and leave. Time will tell. We should enjoy Coach Lanning, while he is Eugene, but our AD should always maintain a short list of potential replacements.
