October 30Oct 30 No. Not sure Oregon needs the fuel to kick the bricks off Iowa, as a second loss would cost Oregon a home playoff game. It would also take them out of B1G Title contention. But if you want a reason to dislike Iowa, because what's there to really dislike about them otherwise. They play hard, and have been pretty clean off the field.Their DC Phil Parker was asked about the strengths of the Ducks offense, and he threw out the "Well Funded" line that Mike Gundy seemed fixated on. Why you gonna do that Phil? The Ducks were probably going to sleepwalk on Saturday. But now after that ugly Wisconsin game, and now this. They are about to put your feet to the fire.

October 30Oct 30 No. Seems to be a pattern of opposing coaches setting expectations once they get deep into game planning for us. 🤔 Edited October 30Oct 30 by JabbaNoBargain
October 30Oct 30 Administrator No. We lose recruits to other schools all the time, as you KNOW USC outbid the Ducks often. The narrative about uniforms has been around 25 years, and then the narrative about Oregon being "finesse," and not physical, and now the popular narrative is "fully-funded NIL."Opposing Coaches--It Must Be Tough. October 30Oct 30 Moderator No. I like how James Franklin described the Oregon program as having great resources. It wasn't just money he was talking about. He was also describing all of the marketing and brand management help our players get from having Nike in our back pocket. These guys who think Oregon just buys players are speaking from a place of ignorance and envy.
October 30Oct 30 Moderator No. Comments like that just reaffirm what we’ve understood ever since the program started turning things around back in the 90’s: outsiders haven’t got the slightest idea what Oregon is really about. Edited October 30Oct 30 by Washington Waddler add word
