Been a John Conzano subscriber for years, ignoring any perceived loyalties, and just enjoying an experienced sports news guy who has a heart. Lanning was great, Canzano hmmm?

Isn’t the essence of a great interview putting the focus on the subject while the person asking the questions fades into the background? Like a well-officiated basketball game, you don’t notice the referees.

For Canzano, the emphasis is "look who I got for my show" as opposed to content - sometimes which can be silly.

Not sure why Lanning decided to make time - and it's not just the 20 minute interview, more time is required - during game week preparation. A couple times he even looked like silly questions were an irritant. It's not the first time he's been down that road with Oprah Canzano.
