Yesterday at 05:13 PM1 day No. I’m sure he wants to, just as Beavis wants their new conference to be a “P5”.One of these things will eventually happen, sort of. Not going to happen until there’s a “super conference” imo. I don’t think anyone is giving up power and $$ to elevate programs that haven’t been investing in success. Yesterday at 05:48 PM1 day Administrator No. No. We already have had two anchors for decades in Beavis and Butthead in our former conference, and they stole 30 million from us on the way out. We are NOT going to subsidize other teams, when we have put so much into building OUR brand. It gets back to the number of eyes watching; which gets more eyes....Colorado State at Reser, or Michigan at Autzen? And we effectively get paid the same? Mr. FishDuck

When Cody's idea first surfaced, the B1G and the SEC told him to get lost. The only place where interest in the idea is growing is within the mind of the author.Apparently, multi-billionaire oilman Campbell does not understand the meaning of 'NO!' Or, the author didn't hear the B1G and SEC just saying, "NO!"Cody has learned one lesson at least. This season, he is buying an offense to go with an excellent defense. It's a long offseason. 😴

It sounds more foreboding.
Yesterday at 08:23 PM1 day No. Its weird to me about Beavis since Jensen Huang as well as many other hi tech big wigs have gone to or graduated from Oregon St. Even those guys dont want to support Beavis football. LOL. Huang makes Knight look like small cheese on Billionaires row.
23 hours ago23 hr No. It’s not really surprising with Huang imo. One multi-billionaire made his fortune in the tech industry and has probably never attended a sports event. The other made his $$ marketing sports apparel and was a collegiate track athlete.Huang is also traditionally not very philanthropic relatively speaking…but that is a nut I’ll be trying to crack 😆 Edited 23 hours ago23 hr by JabbaNoBargain

As of now, we are kind of subsidizing the lower tier of the BIG, but that was the price of admission.Canzano had a horrific take (I know hard to imagine) that Scott Barnes helped "save" the Pac 12. Humm, does anyone outside of beneficiary of the Albany plant smell and the Palouse think it was saved? He did have a great point I hadn't realized. Gonzaga is a full media share member. Let that sink in while noting that their football program will receive zero, zip, nada dollars of that deal. Seems their basketball program will rocket to the top of the nation in money available for a program.

But I don't want to be "equal" revenue with all the other conferences. We would have a 50% cut in revenue, I'm sure. Mr. FishDuck
17 hours ago17 hr Moderator No. I recommend that Campbell should also request that all tech corporations pool their revenues, and share equally.Makes about as much sense.
3 hours ago3 hr No. Some interesting tea leaves that stray into the political arena. There is a “significant” meeting taking place 3/6, so I have little doubt this is all in preparation for that.
1 hour ago1 hr Moderator No. Cody believes that lesser brands, businesses that are managed worse than others, and businesses that have less invested in athletics than others, deserve a seat at the same table as the Power 2.Adding to Drake's spot-on comment above, how about every oil company in the Texas Oil Patch gets the same revenue, no matter how poorly their business is managed? And UTEP, here's the same money I gave to Texas Tech to pick the portal.
