Given who won last night (5 transfers starting) roster retention is no longer in style. Being good at identifying and paying talent is where it’s at, and apparently we have room for improvement on both of those fronts.

Our activity level is starting to get embarrassing imo. Ready for some big moves given the portal opens, uh, today.

Yes. Both are gone.

Demir just entered the portal. Down to Stewart, Vatan, and Phillips. I am shocked that Phillips has not entered yet.

Did we drop hoops and I missed it?

Is this is really one of Oregon’s targets to fill the PG position?

5’10” and shoots 39% from the floor and 31% from three?

If that is true, then I have to continue to assume there is a major NIL issue with men’s hoops.

A Duck football fan here, but a VCU Rams basketball fan. That said, the Ducks are talking with Terrence Hill Jr. a VCU player (from Portland) in the portal. We'd love to keep Terrence, but if he goes somewhere else I really hope it's Oregon.

Oh, and don't sell Jayden Reid short (even at 5'10") he's a baller. If you get him, you'll love watching him play.

I’m having a hard time getting over the 39% FG percentage. It seems like we always have plenty of shot takers and not enough shot makers.

So, one holdover schollie guy at this point. Several programs are facing similar circumstances. Indiana entered the 2024-25 season with 11 transfers-in, 5 freshman recruits, and 1 holdover.

This is going to create some interesting coaching scenarios across the nation. It won't just be Altman who will have to conduct a meet and greet to start every practice.
