Charles Fischer Administrator No. 1 Share Posted November 28, 2021 Anthony Brown showed us that today, as so many of the crossing patterns that he threw behind receivers and killed drives with in prior games were on-the-money today. A good QB with a good running game can really chew up opponents and will leave me with a few, "what-if" questions. But regardless of next week--I will enjoy 10 wins, but a Rose Bowl wouldn't suck. That first half was a dream....the defense holding the Beavers to only three points and the offense scoring on all four possessions? We played smarter and cruised into halftime... 3 1 Mr. FishDuck
toketeeman No. 2 Share Posted November 28, 2021 And AB actually had a greater yards-per-pass average (nearly 10 yards) than Nolan did.
Grandpa Duck No. 3 Share Posted November 28, 2021 Agree on passing. AB runs the mesh extremely well, carries the ball well on keeps, and makes good decisions to run on pass plays when the receivers are covered. Does anyone know the capability of the rest of the QB roster in those skill areas?
