Good gosh...how can you not be impressed?  Remember...for most of recent years--Georgia was not much of a destination and was not that great at recruiting.  But Kirby Smart works recruiting hard as he learned (as Cristobal did) from Saban.  Now Lanning has the fire too?

Oregon has never had a Recruiter with this kind of connection to SEC talent, particularly on the defensive side. 

Just with the current defensive roster, with this mans guidance, the Ducks are going to dominate the Pac 12. By year two the rest of the pac might not see the red zone let alone the endzone. 

This is one of the biggest reasons you can even see it in how the remaining players reacted to his hire.
