I'm not familiar with his career but right now he's a running backs coach, moving to be a QB analyst? Only thing that makes sense is that he might be a good recruiter. Speaks volumes to me that Coach Lanning has not only been able to snag multiple NFL position coaches, but that he is convincing an FBS position coach to take an analyst role at Oregon.
