January 21, 20223 yr Charles or Moderators, Dan Lanning or Mario Cristobal have gone further, than previous HC Staffs, bringing in more technical staff to help the Field Coaches assess talent or corrections? Or is this a full blown class room/technical adviser staff to help break down film and make recommendations to Field Staff about what they see and options. I like the idea of having staff to help do the footwork of evaluation of future talent. Breaking down film for recruits with some mentoring and guidance. The closest I recall Chip Kelly doing was nutrition specialist, for upkeep of players bodies, hydration and monitoring. The game is getting more complicated but the advances in technology is making this more attainable for teams.
