The conversations going on, if you search around a little, are evidence that there is unrest over the new head coach that was hired. Not total panic yet but many are showing discomfort. Not much of a difference in truth. Just play physical here is the playbook. 1. Play physical and own the line of scrimmage. 2. Play MORE physical and run the ball between the A-gaps. 3. RAAAWWAARRR MOAR PHYSICAL! 4. Listen to whatever the OC has to say and just call for more physical plays. 5. Actually consider what the OC has to say ... then do the opposite. 6. Some of the ones that left I think were on the way out. Especially the wide receivers who were getting more frustrated with every game. But but is it my job to block running plays every play coach.
