Charles Fischer Administrator No. 1 Share Posted May 30, 2022 No. 3, Johnny Johnson's block was incredible, but No. 6, Seven McGee's block helped Oregon score as well. Mr. FishDuck
DazeNconfused No. 2 Share Posted May 31, 2022 All of Mario's poor WR recruits who got here on promises of big-time passing game and then got told "no block, no rock".. Haha Our WR's were solid blockers. Go back and watch the 2nd half of the UW game last year in that heavy rain. We stopped passing the ball and ran it down their throats and I think I only saw one missed block by the entire team in the 2nd half. Heck i think it was Jarmillo pancaked a defender inside the 10 and got a unnecessary roughness call, that was epic terrible. It was a great block.
Duck 1972 No. 3 Share Posted May 31, 2022 The no block no rock mantra started with the Kelly years. I believe it was carried over by the subsequent HCs.
