Didn’t we just spend $12m on a new video board and sound system? They only did half last time, so it looks pretty bad. $100 million private donations and $50 million public funds. Can you imagine the outcry from UOMatters and everyone else if Oregon spent $50 million of general budget money in this climate on a capital project for sports?
