I don't, as of 11:10am see a signed NLI from Uiagalelei, Bowen or Austin, on the official site.

 

Am I being a Debbie Downer? Or, in today's world, should we not believe in anything until we see the signature?

Uiagalelei is in the hospital receiving a blood transfusion for some reason. I don't know when Bowen is signing, and I think Austin announced that he's signing at 2:30pm at his high school.

    I assume you have never been around on signing day?  Players have press conferences, signings in high schools, etc.  For example the LSU to Oregon flip is signing his at 2:30 PM today.

    Oregon NIL money is helping the coaching staff get the job done. There still maybe some bumps along the way, but you have to be excited at what everyone is seeing.
