CFP No.3 Didn't Reveal Much
Oregon is still at No. 3, Ohio State is No. 4. Chairman Barta says that Oregon is staying ahead of Ohio State. "Ohio State is "Playing Terrific offense", but because Oregon beat Ohio State, "In the Shoe, that's where the vote came out". In other news, Joey Galloway said that should Alabama lose close to Georgia, :"That would prove that Alabama is the second best team in the country if they play Georgia close at the end because nobody has been able to stay close to them."

Oregon is in an Exclusive Club
They absolutely would have. Larry Scott had a bizarre need for exclusivity, the Pac-12 Network, and he did not want Texas. who has its own Network, to join. The SEC took Oklahoma and Texas because it pretty much guts the Big 12 now, not because either will make a tangible effect on the SEC.

Five-Star Elite Pass Rusher "High" on Oregon After Visit
Yes, hopefully not only does Mr. Thibs play great at Oregon, win awards, be the 1st pick in the NFL Draft, he shows players like Jayden Wayne that he and his friends can have the same success and more at Oregon!

Remember this 14 Point Swing at Utah?
Not quite the same, but the ball through the end zone courtesy of the Cougs sent that game in the Ducks' direction.

You Keep Thinking That, Washington
The idea of the Husky Honks embracing and cheering for Chip is mind blowing. They hate Chip. Of course in their Academically Prowessed minds they would see it as Chip rejecting Oregon.

The Ducks of Destiny
Nope, as much as ESPN and its FPI wants it to be, it isn't this year. Georgia does have gaudy defensive stats this season. So much so that they haven't been tested, and is "6 rushing yards against LSU Alabama" going to be the stresser? Since losing at home to Oregon, Oh. St. has had an easy run through Akron, Maryland and Rutgers But Nebraska put up a bit of a fight, then the Buckeyes tore up Purdue. The Buckeyes are an offensive juggernaut this season, certain that they will be able to get enough points to win, and they have, except that one time. These Ducks are tough, maybe they are a team of destiny

Is The Committee Going to Jump the Buck's over the Ducks This Week?
Watching OH. ST. in their recent games, the team looks like they're fine Outscoring the other teams. That worked against Nebraska, and they got on a roll against Purdue. Unlike the "Committee", I think that MI. ST is better than Michigan; Walker is a great RB, and they have a strong passing game, I don't see Harbaugh getting the W over OH. ST. Oklahoma was back to Rattler after the glow wore off of Williams last week, everything is not OK for OK. going in to their last 3 games.

Washington WILL Attract the BEST Head Coach Candidates
I agree, Washington ain't Texas, currently coached by Sark, who left UW, to go to USC...but that's another post. Washington should be a perennial winner, "You can't recruit to Seattle" doesn't work, and they really can't even keep the local kids. Don James, before he had to leave got the Dawgs their "Championship" but since then, not so much, Neuheisel, Tyrone, (O-12) Willingham? Petersen had it going for a while, but when he saw that Oregon was back on track, said, "I'm outta here!" and left them Lake. n a rare move by anyone associated with UW, AD Cohen takes the blame for hiring Lake. The odds are in her favor that she won't do worse with this hire, but UW is low on the list of openings and Cohen is going to have to take a chance.
