haven't heard much about Oregon Basketball recruiting. Any significant news?

I have hated the wave since day 1. Sophomoric at best and I equate it to something the kids like & also probably the drunks in attendance.

After watching numerous games in person in the 70s and 80s, I could now care less about the Blazers and the NBA in general. I'd rather watch new paint dry.

My first civil war was 1963 at Hayward field. Ducks, behind Bob Berry, killed the Beavers 31-14.......and Mel Renfro didn't even play. Because the clock keeps running it will be difficult to 1: get enough possessions and 2: score 70 points. We're extremely fortunate to be averaging almost 48 pts/game and that's primarily due to the PSU game. Without that game we'd be in the low to mid 40s per game

one of the keys is that we have 8 or 9 defensive lineman who can "PLAY". It allows for more rest and staying fresh when they do get in. It's the best collection of D linemen I've seen since I saw my first game at Hayward field in 1963 (when Oregon crushed the Beavers and didn't have Mel Renfro play that day)

I certainly enjoy USuCs problems........but I must add that think that the ducks will roll them up is a major mistake. Just having a qb that can do what he does is concerning. Average D with a great qb is still a dangerous team.
