Wowsa. UCLA Has FOUR Starters Who Transferred from Oregon?
I think it depends on how well he would have done with Bo as his QB. He kind of disappeared in UCLA's offensive system.

What is Your All Time Favorite Ducks Game?
It’s hard to believe how much of a difference a Heisman level QB can make in college football. There are a few cases in the NFL where teams can overcome an injured QB and still win the Super Bowl. Jeff Hostetler and Nick Foles come to mind as back-ups who won the championship.

Husky Pain, Our Gain
Last year’s team lost a lot of guys and DeBoer recruited horribly. He recruited like he was going to leave no matter if Saban left Bama or not. He told the Fuskies he was going out for a pack of smokes and never came back. At least Mario left Lanning with a pretty good OL and Troy Franklin.

What is Your All Time Favorite Ducks Game?
In the 2009 Civil War Masoli converted his 4th down with about 3:30 left in the game. Barner picked up the final 4th and 2 play with about 1:30 left to ice it. Masoli kneeled it out after Barner’s 4th down conversion.

What is Your All Time Favorite Ducks Game?
I don’t know if it’s my favorite, but the most satisfying was the 2020 Rose Bowl win vs. Wisconsin. It was a very ugly game offensively, but watching those Seniors hoist the trophy after what they had been through as Freshmen was great to see.

The Pac is Back!
Maybe Teresa Gould will offer Nevarez a low paying job as her gopher at the Pac-6 after gutting her conference. This is all very "Game of Thrones".

The Pac is Back!
This is a good read. Apparently, the MWC thought that they were operating from a position of strength when negotiating their scheduling agreement with the Pac 2. The year two scheduling agreement negotiations fell through when the Pac 2 decided to poach four MWC teams. Now it looks like the Pac 2 could be paying not only the poaching fees in the agreement, but also the exit fees of the teams it is gaining. "The Mountain West, sources said, felt protected by its bylaws and a poaching fee included in a football scheduling agreement it signed with the Pac-12 in December. To leave the conference, a school is required to pay roughly $18 million with two years of notice and $36 million with a one-year notice. And if the Pac-12 accepted a Mountain West school as a new member, the Pac-12 would be required to pay a $10 million fee, with escalators of $500,000 more for each additional school. (The four-school fee for Boise State, Colorado State, Fresno State and San Diego State is $43 million.)" Inside the Pac-12's four-team expansion - ESPN WWW.ESPN.COM From 12 to 2 to 6 schools and counting, here's how the foremost western conference stayed alive.

The Essence of FishDuck
Here are some pictures of an Alaskan Rainbow trout and a Dolly Varden. I never really posed with fish because I fished by myself a lot…or so I thought. Apparently, I wasn’t the only one who fished these remote spots.

Did anybody else notice that USC lost to LSU by a score of 33-36 and missed a last second FG to tie the game?

I suspect Kentucky got caught looking ahead to this game when USC blew them out last weekend. They played hard against UGA.

GameDay Thread for Civil War: Join Us!
I wanted to see a no TD performance with turnovers that lead to scores. I didn’t see it. OSU’s lack of talent and depth helped the Ducks defense immensely. I do like the fact that they finished with a dominant 2nd half, though. I do hope that they’re trending upward. They will need perfection against Ohio State.

Well, the biggest thing I wanted to see was a dominant performance by the Ducks defense. That’s not going to happen.
