  1. 38-30 Penn St 1 TO 0 sacks 260 passing. Run D has not been that impressive. Game Day + White Out + all day tailgating will have the crowd in a frenzy. Revenge game for Penn St. Jim Knowles. Big stage is too much for the young Duck team.
  2. 42-17 Ducks 3 TO 3 Sacks 265 passing yards I think the starters get pulled earlier than normal because of the Penn St game on the road next week.
  3. Dont really care about the uni's that much. Its all about kicking some rodent arse.
  4. 45-24 Ducks 2 TO 1 Sack 275 passing
  5. Doesn't the CFP committee do their own rankings? IMO the pre CFB rankings are just for clicks. They give some credence for media like ESPN, Yahoo, Fox etc to have some fodder to throw out to those interested. In the end the only poll that counts is the one that comes out on Tuesday Nov 4th every other one that comes out from the CFP after that one.
  6. I have Dish TV and have not missed a game. If needed I'll do a 7 day free trial for one game if it's streamed. Yeah it sucks but it is what it is these days.
  7. I actually think it's pretty cool when all the fans are wearing the same color. Like Penn St's white out. Problem with Oregon is they have so many color combinations that it's hard to get the whole stadium on board. I guess that's the drawback to being trendsetters.
  8. Not that they won't need to play THEIR game every game but this season looks to be less stressful than last years. No tOSU or MI. The Ducks looked tired at the end of the season. This years byes are also situated better. 11-1 would be fine with me.
  9. It's never going to be fair as long as a human is involved. CFB needs to go the route of the NFL with divisions and conferences. Win games and you're in. None of the who beat who by how much phooey. Probably won't see it in my life time but it would eliminate all the sour grapes.
  10. I would like to see a repeat of the last time a team named OSU pounded ND to the tune of 41-9.
  11. I would like to see better production in the 3rd qtr. How many times did the Ducks come out with the ball starting the 3rd qtr and flop? Not sure if it's from the lack of adjustments or lack of player energy. Personnel changes from 2023 to 2024? Oregon ranked 95th in 3rd qtr scoring with scoring average of 4.5 pts in 2024. In 2023 they averaged 8.9 pts in the 3rd qtr. That would've placed them at 13th tied with CO and Syracuse. At home they scored 5.2 and away they scored 3.9. Is it Stein not making adjustments or Lanning not getting the players fired up or the opposing DC making adjustments? Such a big deal about the middle 8 but it fizzled more times than not.
  12. Thats why they're not a hot topic at 13-0. Fooled too many times. Maybe next year.
